The 1st race didn't really look that way and the 2nd and 3rd were reasonably logical. Even the inside horses were kind of a path off the rail. I'd give it a few more races before calling a bias. Let's watch the 5th.

I think the good news is that at least it doesn't look like the rail is death. That's been a bigger risk.
