I haven't seen any movement from the two sides in VA since Colonial Downs gave the horseman two options about a month ago. Has anyone heard more on this?

I haven't heard a thing. Colonial is one of my best meets of the year, so I'm hoping they get it together! From a handicapping standpoint the 6 days of racing Colonial proposed won't help as there is not enough time to use the data from trip notes or recent starts at CNL.

1) There's a contract in place that prevents that from happening.

2) If they were going to race through the summer, they'd race at LRL which has a far superior turf course.
