There's a nice restaurant where I like to eat in TJ. It's on a busy side street next to a 4-way stop. My buddy and I go pretty regular, sit at a table overlooking the intersection and bet on how many cars actually stop. The loser pays for lunch. Out of maybe a hundred cars in an hour the total is never more than 6...

Except for the one time the SOB brought in a ringer. ;)
