Windows 8 Users-?

I'm currently using windows 7 (professional) which means that it can also run programs in XP mode. One of my favorite programs (Bettor Keep Track) won't run on Windows 7, but will run on the XP mode.
Does Windows 8 have a mode or whatever it's called to run programs that XP can run, but can't be run on Windows 7?
