Just went to their website to see if I could pull up charts to see what the handle was. No charts. Driver/trainer standings were last updated May 23rd, 2013. "Horsemen" link features a picture showing a driver/trainer who is currently suspended thru 2017. Click on the link, and you see another photo of racing action that appears to be from 1980 or so. And the opening statement says...

Ask anyone regarding the race track surface and the facilities at Harrah’s Philadelphia Racetrack and you’ll hear the consensus. Horsemen agree that it is by far one of the very best places to race during the year.

In fact, they repeat the exact same paragraph 2 paragraphs later (nice proofreading). Never mind that they are being sued, and briefly were denied their racing license, because of the condition of the racing surface.

What a joke Harrah's is.
