Is the post time as shown on the toteboard always the listed post time or is it adjusted during the day if they are running behind?

It has to be adjusted. What happens if they have an accident?

Tampa chronically runs about 3 minutes after the posted time. Gulfstream, lately, will delay the start of the first race of the Rainbow 6 about 2 minutes.
