I don't think we'll ever really know.

Just a variation on the theme of who will watch the watchers.

Let's see how this gets blamed on number 43.

So, the TIDE database was OK, the first cable notification was OK but when going through JFK it was misspelled? Was the name manually entered? Isn't there a bar code on the passport or some other machine oriented representation of the name with the spelling that would match what was entered into TIDE?
