Do you eat a lot of Complex Carbohydrates: breads, pasta & rice?

Thanks for the article. I had not seen it yet. As for Complex Carbohydrates, generally I try avoid anything that does not digest well. One thing that happens with Crohn's is the inside of your small intestine develops a lot of scar tissue and the passage narrows considerably. Too much bread or rice and I can become blocked or at least slowed down. That is very painful and ones learns quickly to be careful. Diet is very important. I remember my gastroenterologist trying me when I was first diagnosed "Fiber is not your friend".
