From where does Hoosier Park gets its horses?

Do the Dover Downs horses come over?Do they poach from the rest of the Midwest?Are there that many horses who rested most of the winter? Canada?

Also,Hoosier is going to attach a device to the horses' saddlecloths which will be able to tell exactly how far the horse traveled gate to wire,helping trip handicapping immensely.

Hoosier's meet was very good last year. I think it is one of the best harness tracks to wager on.
