My mother's birthday. Born in London in 1909.
I'll wear the orange and hoist a few in her honor.
May the luck of the Irish not be with you. ;)

My step-dads birthday and he was as Polish as could be. Joe was a WWII vet having served in North Africa and Italy under Gen. Montgomery. RIP Joe- thanks for all you have done !

My "mither" was Irish.
That makes me Irish as well.
The facts are:
1. St. Patrick was not born in Ireland
2. He did not drink
3. That doesn't stop Ireland from celebrating him.
I wasn't born in Ireland either.
I have been known to take the occasional pint of Guinness or perhaps even stronger.
I join with the Irish, and with a celebratory drink in hand, say:
