FYI.
The authors get it right for the most part however there's a couple of assertions which reveal their bias'.

I don't have a link but, I read recently that bank ATM's use XP. The banks are going to pay Microsoft a special fee until they are able transition to a new platform. I'm surprised the Fed govt hasn't negotiated a similar agreement.
This abandonment issue still pisses me off.
