It is hard to find reliable information and legislation is always coming up but I was hoping to have a question answered by a rep for an ADW or a knowledgeable industry type: Of the three states below which is the most ADW friendly meaning has the best rebates offered to clients from that state and least likelihood of the legislature passing strict source market fees or have legality questions come up. if I were an active horseplayer in which state would I be best served currently playing for a high rebate ADW and have the least likely chance of losing those priviledges in the near future.
Alabama
West Virginia
Kentucky
I'm currently a Virginia resident and the strict Source market fees don't allow me to really earn much of any rebate or play at many of the ADW options out there. I may have an opportunity to relocate to one of these locales in the near future and would like to know which one would benefit me the most should I decide to do so. As always thanks in advance!
