Just installed this add on and, so far, so good.
It's nice to see the little windows popping up telling me it has removed a cookie.
Certainly, not the end all be all for security and managing cookies but it helps.
One test will be when I run CCleaner the next time to see how many exist, i.e. how long is the list of cookies.
