Sound Card

When I go into the Control Panel, then open the Sound Card, the page that comes up has a list of devices, some of which I don't have any more.

Is there any way to delete them?

How do you open "Sound card" in control panel? What version of windows are you using? If you mean Device Manager, then yes, you can remove anything by right clicking an item and pressing Uninstall from the context menu.
