I would say that if this guy wins the gaming industry would be getting what they deserve, especially in view of the numerous occasions in recent years where they have refused to honor some legitimate payouts.

That being said, this is the state of Nevada. It is run by and for casinos. They do not have a snowballs chance in... well, in Nevada.
