Got an email from the claim administrator today that within 7 days I'll receive 100% of the money I had on deposit Black Friday. It's been a long wait but it's nice to know that other than opportunity cost, I won't have lost anything.

Did anyone else play at Full Tilt? If so, did you file a claim and have you heard back from the claim administrator?

Good news.
We horseplayers could be in the same boat if something similar happens.

If this statement means you play the horses offshore which I'm sure plenty do... I would say that if the sportsbook you play with ever shuts down... Your shit out of luck. This was a unique situation... There have been offshore sportsbook's that have shut down before and people have lost tons of cash.

There have been legal US ADWs that have defaulted on debt, as well as NYRA to an ADW for winnings.

Yeah, I remeber several years ago a New Hampshire Dog (or was it Jai Alai) track went belly up leaving account holders with nothing including Andy Beyer.
