Has anyone compared these to see if the top horse is usually the same for both methods?

I am a BRIS user and give their PP number a passing glance, but not much more.
Never use Trackmaster pp's so I cannot make a comparison.

I do remember a thread here regarding BRIS' PP number and a system (I think) based on it.
Maybe a search on this site will help you out.

Never really experimented with the E_ponies stuff, can anyone give a quick review/description? I really don't look at the Bris PP TBH.

Here is some info on Brisnet Prime Power#. You could also check the Trackmaster site to see what they have to say. They may lead you to winners, mostly low odds horses. There are many other software and others selling performance figures that basically lead you in the same direction.

Check out the Library on the Bris site. There are many articles written for the handicapper including articles on the Always
software newsletters which include many handicapping subjects.

About a year ago, I did a limited study of E-Ponies (top pick) with Bris (top power fig). In 2000 plus races they had the same top pick 70% of the time. The only places I see the words "Power" used are Brisnet and Trackmaster. Just wondered about their comparison. Not a biggie..
