Are there any adw that take pa customers that aren't penn or philly affiliated? Bet america just informed me that they can no longer accept my wagers.

I live outside Philly, and I have a Twinspires account. Also, I believe TVG has something through Harrah's Chester, but if you are inclined to use them, you might have to research that one: I think you may have to live so close to that track to be eligible.

I believe PABETS/TVG is run by expressbet, and twinspires will also take your bets, but I don't think anyone else in this country will take your bets. Certainly no one that offers rebates, unless you go offshore.

FYI, TVG does give a TINY rebate of 0.2%. If you bet $2500, you get the princely sum of $5. They have the gall to call this their Wagering Reward program.

I'm also in pittsburgh where they have shuttered 95% of the otbs locally.play through twinspires and have previously had wagers with racing2day I think it was called...twinspires is great but the rebates (if you want to call them that) stink...i wanted to deposit over 1k before and they made me jump through hoops which I though was silly for just over 1k

From PA and I hav to take my action offshore. Pretty silly to lose thousands of dollars in rebates playing with tvg and twinspires. There are only a few reliable offshore books so choose carefully.

(Another smaller adw who I had an account with due to rebates, who I will not name here) sent me this email in late Oct 2013

"We indeed had to close the accounts as the state is charging a 10% tax on all out of state ADW's. The tracks in PA, want you to bet with their sites (of course, you lose the option of competition and have to accept their low offers).

Obviously, believe it's not fair and does not let others to play on a level field. We are not opposed to paying additional fees to the horsemen, but to be forced to pay 10% wipes out all rewards and we would lose money on most every bet."

For horse race betting 5dimes is by far the best. Other solid ones Bookmaker and Betonline.

5dimes rebates are incredible and they even offer a 10% racebook which adds ur winnings by 10%.

The money not going into the pools is a good thing bud. Small rebates? 9% on exotics is small compared to legal shops which are pretty much nothing?

There are still a few ADW's that gladly Pennsylvania action, and I use one them. Of couse they will not tell you that fact. They have gotten rid of the small bettors simply to comply with the law. They don't need the legal headache if you are a small bettor.

As for 5Dimes, I lasted three weeks there a long while ago. It seems if you are a winning bettor, and bet larger, you are shown the door.
