Candidate Obama, Vintage 2008 (http://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybenson/2014/02/13/pure-gold-obama-slams-bush-for-expanding-executive-power-ignoring-congress-n1794535?utm_source=BreakingOnTownhallWidget_4&utm_medium=story&utm_campaign=BreakingOnTownhall)

“I taught constitutional law for ten years. I take the Constitution very seriously. The biggest problems that were facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all, and that’s what I intend to reverse when I’m President of the United States of America.”

Not to mention the promises that he made to bring more "transparency" to government.

NJ,

Oh, but in many ways, he did.

(But only to the people who really needed a chicken or two.)

People soon learn if a guy back-pedals and starts talking smack that he is not the guy they want to follow. That is what America has discovered about President Obama. Yes, this master and teacher of rhetoric who some have compared to FDR, Lincoln, and King knows how to give a speech, knows how to talk, but when it comes to actually leading America, to use a phrase, No, he can't.

Even liberal scholars are realizing what Obama is doing is very bad for the country. We have a constitutional crisis brewing. The rank and file dems are far too stupid to understand this.

no one listened except Sarah and John McCain knife her.

if there was ever a no good, two faced, backstabbing SOB it is John McCain.

He is one of those people that make you forget common sense.

I would vote for a democrat to get rid of him.

ok...ok....a proven conservative democrat.....

Nope...I want him out!

I wouldn't even give him credit for that. When he lectures Americans on American values, he sounds like he was just briefed on the contents of the speech moments before, and is surely not speaking from experience. Totally manchurian.

He tipped his hand when he met Joe the Plumber.

Exactly right. Then the Liberal media machine turned Joe into a monster, a fool, and diabolical "plant" all in a week.

No doubt that has been a disaster and we could not have - at least I could not have - imagined the whole NSA mess.
