Please - not another season of nostalgia from Yankees fans. All this looking back is making me sick :D

Jeter is a great player and deserved Hall Of Famer, but I think I'm gonna puke if this turns into some Yankees memory tour.

I'm loving the Yankee nostalgia tour.
Got to figure out who they retire in 2015 now. A-Rod? That would be a sight.

But in all honesty Jeter has done everything ever asked for him and it's going to be a sad sad day in the Bronx the day he hangs them up.

When it's all said and done though, and if you ignore the steroid guys in the year 2030 and someone says who was the best player in the 2000's. Like we say who was the best player in the 70's. The answers of Jeter and Rivera are two of the top 3 or 4.

Mt.rushmore of yankee greats...

If you have Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio, Berra and Mantle among your all-time greats, who gets bumped?

I did hear a ridiculous comment this week. Jeter, as great as his career has been, is NOT the greatest Yankee of all-time. It will be a long, long time before anyone unseats Ruth for that.

Berra is #5 in that group, but still better than Jeter. I like them all.

Thank God for the All Star break if you're a Yankee fan. Man, this is some exciting team! I love tuning in every evening to watch the Bombers produce their typical 2 runs and 5 hits..
