I am going to take a wild guess and say not just no, but hell no. I don't think anybody really likes track bums except maybe their mothers.

Generally women adore track bums, but in an ever-competitive marketplace, you'd be well served to add additional "edgy" attributes to your persona. A substance abuse issue, drinking problem, or angry outbursts after losing streaks generally add spice and intrigue to any relationship.

Some women will tolerate a track bum for a while. Money is a big factor in for how long in most cases. Very few women will put up with being constantly broke for very long when the cause is gambling. There are exceptions but they are few and far between.
