You wrote me a private message. However, when I attempted to respond the system says, "This user does not allow messages."

Maybe you need a "Password."

Is it not better to give than to receive? ;)

No....
My bad. It was Allen Ludden on Password; Cullen did many others. Should've googled before making a weak attempt at humour.

Does he have an e-mail link (in addition to his PM link) in his PA profile that will accept a response?

I caught the joke.

You weren't far off in thinking that Cullen hosted Password: the man hosted over 20 different game shows during his career, more than anybody else, and he appeared as a panelist in many others. He was the host of the original version of "The Price is Right," from 1959 to 1965 When the show was revived in 1972, Cullen was offered the job but had to pass, because the show's new format required much movement. Cullen had survived a childhood bout with polio and an auto accident while a teenager, and these left it difficult for him to move around freely. While this was worked around by having him be stationary and in position as the shows he appeared in came on the air, the duties of the new Price is Right" didn't allow for that. Bob Barker (who just turned 90 about a month ago), then of nearly 15 years of "Truth or Consequences" fame. got the job, which he held for nearly 50 years.
