3.15 R5 No9 Braytonville - An open affair on paper with no noted leaders here for mine. Decided to lean towards Braytonville. 2nd up from a spell now and is stepping from 7f to 1m1f. 1st up came from well back off the pace and recorded the necessary pars in the stretch to win here today. Should improve here at 4th career start and on 7f effort 1st will appreciate the step to 1m1f today. Well bred by Saint Ballado from a Dixieland Band mare. Excellent career jockey and trainer percentages over last 12 months and trainer has good percentages across 3 major spheres of influence, 18% wins 1st try at route, 18% wins sprint to route, 16% wins mdn spcl weight. Likely good value and worth the punt here for mine.
