Rock Hard Ten is a superstar talent, by the way. If he stays healthy he'll be a Grade I winner for sure, but maybe not tomorrow.

There was a SoCal horse, I believe named Hesaputz, that was actually made to have his name changed. I know it was deemed offensive to at least one group, and out of ignorance, I can't remember which for certain, so I won't speculate. Anyway, point is, the horse had his name changed well into his racing career. This was maybe 4 or 5 years ago.

CJ, you are correct. Was changed to Samuel Allen (90% sure) I believe due to an uproar from the Jewish community. Roger Stein trained and may have also been the owner.

Couple years ago, there was a horse named "Heart On".....had to be changed after a few starts.

My favorite name for a horse was a pacer at old Roosevelt named "Your Mother". With Jack E. Lee calling the races there, it was always a riot when that horse ran...."Heyyy, look who's on the lead, it's Your Mother!"

Erectile disfunction ads dontcha know... On a serious note..
this Horse is a Freak..Monster. He can run...but still green as
can be. He should be interesting to follow..if not just for the
name and the chuckles

My girlfriend always laughs at such names. There's a horse that's been running at Aqueduct called "Hot Golden Jet". She just said "What the hell are these owners thinking? Might as well just name the poor horse "Piss" and have done with it"
