New Customer facility at Saratoga.....

A couple of months ago I read that the among the improvements at Saratoga for the 2014 meet would be a building, perhaps housing a new teletheather, that would go up on or near that grass & dirt parking lot near the corner of Wright St. & Nelson Ave. Any details on this? TLG? Anyone?

I'm not sure where you saw this, but no. Although there will be customer improvements, there will be no new building.
