I have tons of little tricks and such

Let's share ideas

Today I found some neoprene from one of those
back saving thingies gone wrong,.. it fell apart

So, wrapped it round and round the broom stick
and then came the tape.. now , I can sweep in comfort
living with RA can be hard on the hands .. this makes it easy

I also do this with paint roller handle
I also make sure and get the long handle on there so
less effort and movement for the shoulders


for outside xmas decor - i did an upside down tomato cage
and used garland and such , and some recycled items

now i can redo it for easter , with flowers

Making a food forest in back yard to share what grows
with the local shelter .. have now 5 trees and putting in fruit bushes
so I do not have to contend with bushes and trees that do not produce
goods to eat.. It's a large project . oh yeah, and grape vines :)

Okay so you got some plastic bottle

I found the one for oil works best

I use a little planter pot and make a little doll from
the plastic bottle , herb pot and scrap fabric

fill the bottle with sand and small stones to give it weight
affix the herb pot to the cap of the bottle
screw it back on and decorate
last you can add some dry flowers to the pot
you can also paint on a face or print one out on sticker

if you have garden nut in your life
these make real cute additions to the patio or porch

when i get some pics loaded you will get the idea much better

tons and tons of ideas for free pallets

oh and how to on wire works - make jewelry
by working them into pendants and more
using wire :)

I know its cold out but this one is good for spring
and you can sell these come easter and beyond


grab some old chairs off the side of the road or the thrift store
craigslist and freecycle will do also for freebies


they should be wood back or metal is good

measure the seat area.. and cut new wood to size or
if the seat has good wood use that.. or create a frame by using
pallet wood.. also free

you need nice size pot, or container and some broken dishes or
some tile material like shells stones and findings

cut whole or frame out the pot size
attach to chair.. you can paint chair , stain it , otherwise work the frame
and on the frame or wood, you will apply a mosaic pattern

pop in the pot with plant.. and you have a real nice gift
or sale item at minimal cost

soon as i find chair i do some video

video would be best way to show folks how to do it
then you can adjust or bounce from there :)
