you should get paid in the pick 3 pool unless the track has some type of a rule where every bet gets refunded.

Probably depends on the state, doubt they are all the same. I think most give a conso payout.

in non-parimutuel events in Nevada, if your horse wins the first race of the daily double and the second race is scratched late, you get a refund. also if your horse in the first race loses and the second race is a late scratch, you get refunded.

i don't know if any place in Nevada still books their own these days.

off topic question: Is anyone familiar with RPM Handicapping? If so, are they good? Thank you.

That's what the horses their systems and software do..... I ran some cards through 4 different pieces of software of theirs and no matter what each piece of software is supposed to consider in handicapping the races, they all came up with the same selections, very suspicious .

Depends on the rules of that state's commission. Some pay out to the winner of the first race. In others, at least half of the races have to be run, or everything is refunded.

All of the states I have checked have their rules online - with some searching you can find and read them - they are very specific, and cover every pool and possibility.

refund two legs need to be completed.Hit a 30 to 1 to start the first leg, tropical storm cancels the remaining card.Thats like someome hitting three one outers in a row.
