Have you found that to be true? It seems reasonable, but may not be. Lots of Canadians think otherwise-they seem to think horses are every bit as formful in colder weather as in warmer (at least when temps are reasonable).

No no proof but here is an example. Handicapped Yonkers for the contest and it gets cancelled. Plus horses miss racing days because of it. I guess I mean I don't like winter racing because of the closures and stuff.
