:5: Carried Interest has a win and four seconds in five lifetime tries. Hard to argue with that. Trainer Richard Violette, Jr. is excellent with beaten favorites. The colt went off at a littlke better than even money in his last but ran into more traffic than the L.I. E. at rush hour. Can make amends with a clean trip. :8: Cryptoclearance-bred Third Knight was pinched back at the start of his last (finished 5th) after winning comfortably in 35K claiming company. Sharp work about a week ago signals this colt is ready to resume his winning ways. Junior Alvarado in the irons for the Hall-of-Famer, Bill Mott.
