Listen to liberal media whine about the Obama administration's relationship to the press. Nobody should have an ounce of sympathy for them however because they allowed themselves to be used in this way. According to a damning report from National Journal Editorial Director Ron Fournier, photojournalists are mounting an effort to push back against President Barack Obama’s heavy-handed effort to safeguard the president’s image by blocking independent photographers from taking pictures of him. One reporter even compared this White House to the old Soviet style of providing approved photographers with the best images of the president.

“Obama’s image-makers are taking advantage of new technologies that democratized the media, subverting independent news organizations that hold the president accountable,” Fournier wrote after relating an anecdote of a New York Times reporter who accused the White House of behaving like the Russian news agency ITAR-TASS.

I did nothing to the photo, it was the one on the wire yesterday. I posted nothing cutting the speaker for being female. The look is evil, meant to inspire and motivate the nut jobs that are in every crowd. We as a society have a real problem with this, "because we can" trend. It is not new and has been around before world war two, here is another not too distant picture.

One of the things a totalitarian government absolutely must do is to suppress and then control the free press. The Obama administration knows this well. While most of Big Media has caved in to this, there are still a few individuals on the Left that are uneasy about this situation. The main opposition, however, to attempts to control the media, remains Fox News and conservative talk radio.

Just a few days ago, members of left-only media were invited to the WH for a secret meeting. Right after that, they were all using the same phrases, signing off the same song sheet about No-Care.

Reality is, they have been getting talking points and catch phrases from the WH for years. All you have to do is listen.
