Why the discrimination against the Illinois bettors? :)

Illinois has many rules that govern ADWs. My first guess would be that they already issued the maximum number of licenses allowed.

We would love to take all 50 states, but various laws and situations prevent that. In Illinois we would have a difficult time offering a rebate, which is the core of our business.

For anybody who wants to know, the video at PTC is better than at all of the other sites I've visited, including TwinSpires, Amwager, Xpressbet, and TVG. It's clearer, doesn't lag/stop as often, and doesn't get as many "not available" messages.
