Found this site that offers free software to stop crypto locker. From what i understand it is not an anti-virus but it changes the definitions in your registry to stop it from being loaded in the first place. If your as paranoid about this stuff as I am you might want to give the site a look. It also doesn't add any unwanted adware or free ware.I have been using it for a couple days now.
