Regardless of value, make 2 copies include one in your mailing to let them know you still have a copy of the original.

I mailed in a winning BC Classic futures ticket on Concern in 1994 to the Imperial Palace casino in LV.
It was worth 3-$400. Can't remember exactly.

Long story short, it never made it into their mailbox.
It was cashed, however - most likely by a crooked mail employee in LV.
Apparently, I wasn't the only complaint of this type at the time.

Never done it since, but if I did, it would be by registered mail.
I was moving house at the time - had other priorities, and little spare time.

you should wait until the last couple weeks before the voucher becomes worthless
(unless you need the cash for a BigMac)

Mailed a horse or football bet back to Caesar's once - I believe the instructions said to use registered mail and insurance. This was back in the mid 1990s, so I can't remember if I made a copy of it.

Got my check for $80 or $90 or whatever within a couple of weeks.

that is a nazzi scumbag jointThat guy died a long time ago:

http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2002/nov/27/imperial-palace-owner-engelstad-dies/

But if anyone was curious what lamboguy was referring to, it was the former owner of the Imperial Palace and his tendency to throw parties on Hitler's birthday, among other things.

Harmarville should survive. No need for Moon or West Mifflin since the OTB in Washington is Vegas-like and nicely situated away from the casino noise. New Castle should be next to go as soon as Hollywood at Mahoning Valley Race Course opens a year from now.

Yes, me and my 2nd wife were at SA for the Santa Anita derby the year Gentleman won. I did not realize that I had a winning ticket on a race from Chicago (Hawthorne or AP ?) until I get back to B'more. Mailed it in and received $300+ within 5-7 business days. I do not think the trax are out there to scam you re: a winning ticket.
