I see the Blood-Horse has stepped into publishing handicapping books and they are promoting a new book called a fresh perspective to betting the races, handicapping for bettor or worse. I am glad to see someone publishing new authors/books on handicapping, rather than the daily racing form who is the only one promoting books, but mostly by their employees.
Has anyone read the new book?
