Wow a bit young. I saw him in LA years ago and have been a fan since the 70's. I am an old time Bowie fan and he was influenced by LR. Bowie produced his biggest album Transformer. RIP

Big on FM underground radio in the sixties especially "Heroin" which was rarely if ever played on AM radio. Quite a jump from 3 minute cookie cutter songs to the long rambling tracks of :

The Doors
The Rolling stones
Buffalo Springfield
