Strange race, where a riderless horse influenced the pace.
Open for interpretation, and some will claim that the :8: was badly interfered with,
however, the riderless horse may have actually helped the 8 and Jockey Edwin Maldonado a great deal, by slowing down the pace some on the lead. I'm not sure that Maldonado would have rationed the speed as well on his own. :8: finished 2nd @ 6-1.
