Paul Mellon Pacechart system

Has anybody heard of a method called The Paul Mellon Pace Chart System? A friend asked me if i had ever heard of it, which I had not. Told him I would post it here. Supposedly this system is out of print.

Roger,
I bought one on E-Bay in December. It is basically a point system and very difficult to test. A gentleman from Washington is in the process of testing the Pace Chart and it will take quite some time to do it.
After looking over the rules and Pts, I was not impressed with it. I had hoped to get at least a couple of ideas, I could use and didn't even achieve that goal.
It gets a THUMBS DOWN from me!
