Claimed for 6,000 American dollars on June 16th at Monmouth (he ran a 45 Beyer that day) went on to win his next start for Jorge "The Legend" Navarro on July 12th. He than won on Aug 17th under a triple hammerlock by 13 lengths recording a 103 Beyer fig.

Today, he ran at Parx racing, with his "new" trainer A-Mart, Alex Martinez and essentially won by the length of the stretch powering away like a Grade 1 sprinting star, reaching out at the wire like a demon.

A year ago yesterday, he was toiling at Fort Erie, finishing 9th in a 4k claimer recording a 36 Beyer figure. What a difference a year can make, huh?

Now, i dont know about BC eligibility, he's probably not eligible, but he is eligible for the next Grade 1 sprint somewhere in the country, stay tuned, be interesting to see where this guy shows up next.

Only fair to point out he did lose his last race, though I personally had it as his best yet since the claim numbers wise.

Exactly! :D

Be interesting to see if this horse can go on to bigger and better. He certainly looked fantastic visually.

Had him in a Trifecta as he was a no brainer. Unfortunately the other two didn't get their invitation to the party. What a day at PRX - pu.

Evolution Rocks = Breeders' Cup Eligible

Perfect! Hopefully the national network can do a piece on Navarro and his "paper trainer" and we can get to know a little about America's greatest racehorse trainer.

Can't imagine he wouldn't be.

Funny how ER will be racing at Parx (of all places!) instead of at Santa Anita for the BC. ;)

"Rocker" scheduled to race at Calder in the 8th race, aptly named the "Thrillin Discovery Handicap"

Horse destroyed a race at GP yesterday, earned a 117 TFUS speed fig in the romp. He finally ran in a race where the pace wasn't slow, and it didn't bother him a bit, ran his fastest race ever.

Will you shed a tear at Navarro's HOF induction speech this year?

You can make the argument that this is the greatest training job in the history of the game.

The horse that finished a distant second in Evolution Rocks last win just won a tough starter allowance at GP over favorite Declan's Warrior.

Noticed that yes he claimed this horse from owner/trainer Don Swick for $6k who at the time had won 33% of his races and the horse ran a 45 beyer. Has since run beyers of 101,103,105,107. Trainer listed tomorrow at TB is Marcial Navarro (not sure of relation to Jorge)

He got Ness-ed today.

He was never a winner at any step, makes you wonder why a horse like this, all of a sudden, "couldnt run".

I'll reserve judgement until I do the figures, maybe he was run into the ground by a new superhorse.

I'm going to guess he didnt have his same "kick" that he had at GP, but the figures will tell the tale.
