Taken by Suprised had been in Maidens won by Tamarando (won gr.1 later) Toreadora (won 100.000 stakes later). He had been unlucky. Fron Tamarando and Toreadora to this company the drop was huge.

Hey Spaniard, - In this 4th race at Santa Anita, the :5: could be the better Baffert as opposed to the :7:.

They had the 5 at delmar , and the 7 at hollywood.

5 is the pegrem/watson one of his better clients.

He was unlucky 3 back when lost the win at this level beaten by the "monster" Soi Phet (later 3rd in a grade 1). R10: (3)california jade is training slower over this surface, (4)pray hard was beaten by Go first who later went to a cheap stakes in Fresno and was NP, and Hollendorfer's pupil lacks a workout on dirt. For me the race is between debutantes (10)MASS TRANSIT and :13: FRENSHAM. The later shows a good 5f workout over the track (59.2) and may be the answer

very nice handicapping. i wish i had seen this this before betting a track im unfamiliar with. i have a pick tomrrow in woodbine in the nearctic stakes. Pino a midatlantic trainer ships a horse up to woodbine to run in a sprint stake on the grass. he is 8-1 ml. he is an excellent trainer especially with a speed horse and has a high winning percentage. the horse looks cheap but he had a turf sprinter a couple of years ago, perfect officer who placed in several graded stake races inluding a third in the breeders cup. his last was an excellent neck loss to a multiple sprint stakes winner , who would arguably be the favorite in this race. the name of the horse is something like mr. on line. and my plan is to box him with the favorites and play him to win.
