White House fails to pull the trigger on Bin Laden

CIA surveilence tapes released on NBC news tonight show strong evidence that the CIA had Bin LAden clearly in it's sights and failed to take him out becasue the White House nixed the idea.

No, the White House was the Clinton version and the month was 2000 September, just a few weeks before the election.

You guys are hopeless. It's always blame Clinton, and then to somehow associate Kerry with Clinton. Well, it was interesting to look at some of these rumors. It pretty much shows how (what Bush calls revisionist history) is created. btw...what did Bush do from his election until Sept. 2001 tro fight terrorism, and why did he not go after the Cole attackers since it declared almost right before the election or did he choose the path that the new Spain Prime Minister chose?

Clinton probably let Binny go to make Gore look bad! Bush gave 4hours to let Bin go during the Af War, so both lose on that! Clinton had 8 years to organize responses, and Bush had 8 months until 9/11. Bush was still trying to figure out how to order the W's Clinton stole from the computers or thinking about taking the M's and making them into W's or using M and M's for the keys when 9/11 hit!!LOL!!

Arresting the few individuals that are directly responsible does not address the organization (Al Qaida) thats behind the attacks. That's where Clinton failed. The Post can deny the Sudanese connection all it wants, it's fact.
