the SEC just handed this guy a $1.8 billion fine and penalty not prosecute him as a criminal, yet he is going to have to admit to wrong doing. that ain't chump change. his clients that made money with his extra-ordinary trading skills get to keep all their money.
if this guy can pay the $1.8 Billion, i wounder how much money he made for himself, and i also wounder how much he made for his very fortunate clients whom i hear are the upper echelon's of society.
