hi, i have a question for all the guys on this site who will opine just about anything.
i bought the horsestreet pars two years ago. my friend has the 2004 pars.
so we both use the same speed handicapping software.
in the florida derby the old pars had the $75 winner on top
with the 2004 pars it had him fourth choice.
my question is that other than doing a scientific sample of races.
why should i bother to upgrade to the new pars?
does it really make that much difference?
