Just like any simulcast outlet, they pay the tracks.

Green they pay a signal fee which varies track to track. The better the track often the more they charge for the signal.

Their profit is the difference between the takeout and the signal fee. If the average takeout is 20% and the signal fee is 5%, they keep 15%.
