she won the Lonesome Glory Handicap Grade1 Stake race at Belmont Park in a hurdle race on Thursday. her horse GUSTAVIAN was super game along the inside of the turf course and won by about an inch and a half with Lesley's husband aboard the horse.
i don't know anyone that works harder at this game, she really does a super job. there were plenty of times that i have sent her my own horses to fix up for me that were in the Mid-Atlantic region.
this win couldn't have happened to a nicer person than Lesley. this win is the highlight of her career so far.
