this could be a circuitous route to increase business for dem supporting contractors..
Knowing these guys are in the government is made clear by the ADDED COST of extra checks discussion in that article..
he is not even asking for a spread in the checks among different cos.. they are just seeking MORE money (from people obviously).. my blood boils.
I mean, less monopoly is definitely welcome, imo.
