I know absolutely nothing about this case, which makes me as qualified as Eric Holder to have an opinion about it. I admit to being prejudiced. I have no opinion about this case, but my bias is that Eric Holder is incapable of objectivity in any case that involves white on black or black on white crime. In the first case, the suspect is presumed guilty, even if acquitted. In the second, the suspect is presumed innocent, even if convicted.

Laws used to apply to everyone, now, they only apply to certain people.

Or, as was said many years ago and survived as my tag here for a while:

Ya know, JR, it's all your fault, starting out the thread with "Ladies and Gents." The next phrase is "Laugh In gives you the news -- here's Dan!"

If you want to hear how Eric Holder's attorneys interfered and tainted the case mentioned when I started the thread, spend an hour reading the link.

The long and short of it? Attorneys inside the Justice Department who were charged with protecting the civil rights of the defendants were actually doing just the opposite and even leaking details prior to trial. All from their offices in Washington via online websites including NOLA.com the newspaper website in New Orleans. Using multiple screen names they began a campaign to taint the jury pool and more. They compromised the defense and the defendants gained a new trial. These guys are bad Guys......no doubt. At what point does the government assume the mantle of tyrant? This case begs the question.......

If you want to take the short version, start reading about page 40. Or skip to about page 117 for conclusion. Either way........it's a smear on the DOJ that almost nobody will ever hear about. You could be next..........
