This is going to be a huge payout, this thing is not paying 5k.

I wouldnt trust any of these ML favorites in the pick 6 sequence as far as i could throw them. WIDE open races, anything can happen in any of these races. As far as coming up with a single goes, i can't even come up with a race to only go 4 deep, most of these races you need 5 or more or else you're in serious peril.

Great betting card however, some boxcar exotics await.

It's a fun card, Ralph. Lots of open races.

But, then again, I'm a shill.

Just handicapped the card.. I have maybe 2 picks I could single...I'm not a huge pick 6 player though.

Has a group pick 6 bet ever been attempted ? If you want in you pick your horse for each of the 6 races and give that to one person who puts the bet in on a ADW ? And maybe paypal the money to the person placing the bet so its split lets say 3 ways. And if all 3 cappers pick the same horse its a single. And then the group hits a huge payoff and the person placing the bet disappears to Mexico lol jk but i have always split pick 4 tickets with my father and we have done very well especially this year.

I looked at this card and I don't think there is a single on the whole damn card. Let alone in the pick six. You're right.....should be fun........I will be playing

Came up with maybe 2 horses I might single in the sequence. Neither one of them 5 star locks but they are my best 2 plays in the pick 6 run.

Race -7 The :1: . Last an obvious toss after the horrid stumble and clipping of heels. Castellano up for the re-ride in what will be the 1st real turf try for this outfit since the claim 2 back. Pretty solid 3F workout Sept 14th.

Race 10- The :7: . Drops off the claim 2 back for Rudy today. 1st time blinkers on for a 19% move and 28% on the double drop in class. 3rd time off the layoff and Ortiz up for the ride today.

Not a lot of huge prices (the winner in the 7th was 12/1) but not a single post time favorite has won through seven races. Looks like you guys were right.

Even though the winners arent paying huge, the degree of difficulty is very high, those 8 and 10 dollar winner-types are hard to have because you have to go 4 or 5 deep in almost every leg to have them. The bomb who won, at least to me, was an "all" horse meaning you had to go all to have her...i had her ranked as the least likely winner in the entire field.

I wasn't at all saying that it wasn't difficult. I was saying that you guys were right that it didn't look like a chalky day. Getting to second and third choices in that many races (and throwing in a bomb) isn't easy at all.

I've only played 2 races so far......... both off the board. I just haven't felt like I had a grasp on the races so far......... weird day........ but fun to work on.

Most of my money is tied up in Kentucky Downs today.......but that's been a losing prop too.........so far........

I don't know if you can call the "unders", which are five out of six and would create a carryover, technically correct.

Will need clarification from SRU, but I thought his total was for 6 of 6....

I didn't see they were 5/6 payouts.

Wow, sounds like about $1.3M or so on Thursday...

Good luck to those who play it.. Pick 6 always seems like a massive undertaking to me. Of course, it becomes almost a luck initiative as I would never play for more than 30-40 but at the same I would hope that 1 or 2 of my longshot (10-1 or more) singles hit.. almost a lottery at that point!

Naw. You're weren't wrong, just a day or two early.

Surprised not to see the Twinspires Player's Pool out there for the rollover tomorrow....but I don't miss 'em.

Really?

Not how I saw that race at all. In fact, I cashed big in that race in real life and in the Match Play contest on here (thus you can see for yourself I'm not redboarding).

And they say this game is dying...it shouldn't be...

I had the horse ranked last, i would have had to go "all" to have her. I'm glad you're betting horses like that, i'm not always right.

I would like to know why you played the horse. Let me guess.......no chance at Toga on the turf last out? due to the bias?

I would like to know why you played the horse. Let me guess.......no chance at Toga on the turf last out? due to the bias?Quite simple. Horse came up competitive on TimeForm rating off of her last race, and price figured to be right.

Horse was only 12-1...not sure why everyone is so shocked...

Where's SRU's over/under today? I come up with 554,400 combos over the six races. I see a similar structure to yesterday, where the first three races of the sequence look more formful than the last three.

I think it'll get hit today, with $1.5M in the pool, and say four winning tickets for about $300K each.....

I would have probably went for the same O/U of 45k....but the fave won leg 1 and extra money from the scratch of the 2 went on his back, so a lot of people stayed alive. Leg 2 was hard, you prob had to go at least 4 deep in there to hit, but maybe more than 4 deep, it was a tough heat. Leg 3 was also competitive so i imagine you had to go deep in there.

This thing could still pay stacks, even with a 3-5 in Leg 1.

Two ponies roll over the pool, the :3: and :10:

:5: takes down the whole pool ($1.4M)

17K for the chalk :8: with 83 tickets or so alive to it.

I like the :2: , :9: or :11: to beat the chalk, but the horse looks good. Considering I'm long gone on my cheap ticket, I'm rooting for the carryover ponies.....

45k was a decent O/U as the only payout under 45 was the fave, who jogged.
