Is anyone using wireless or Blackberry to place their
wagers?

Like to tell us about it?

Any security concerns?

I have the Sprint Hitachi phone.

Although I have never placed a bet using the wireless web, I do use it to get the scratches and real time odds. . .then I call in the wager.

Waiting for the day I can hear the call.

Yes Exataman, if I'm in the coverage area. . . and Sprint covers most metro areas and growing. . .I can get web access and the page refreshes surprisingly fast.

And it's nice to see the post about mobile.brisbet.com as I have an account there and their mobile site to my favs.

Radio Shack sold me a program for $40 that allows me to access the web from my cell phone. A little slow but it works. After 9 PM and weekends it is free.

Has anyone tried Verizon Wireless that uses a Sierra Aircard? I think it's about 80.00 a month for unlimited usage. Thanks

I haven't tried it, but I've seen in in action. Looks to be roughly 4x faster than their 1XRTT network (Express Network), which is in the ISDN speed ballpark. I understand that Sierra card is a bit pricey also...$300 or so?
