Will you be using a
dope test barn for all trainers horses for the fall meet starting FRI. or will there still
be a green light crew screwing horse handicappers?
NYRA has done a superb job of trying to clean their act up
why don't you take some action.
Saratoga meet was tremendously C L E A N in our opinion.
It will be easy to tell if your sincere in quality racing or not.
