R9: :3: YANKEE REBEL is proven at a higher level (OC 80.000) beaten by a nose on turf. But his best race was his debut over this course, where he showed a big turn of foot. The progeny of Yankee Gentleman like a lot this polytrack, and the gelding could run a big one with the nice return race on grass under the belt.

I had a 160-1 cold exacta box 3-1, but Desormeaux never saw daylight on the inside with Yankee Rebel. He's old and looks scared. He won many millions, should retire.
